Youth Ministries

Youth Sunday Morning – 10:00 am

The Youth Sunday School program is designed to help students grow in their walk with Christ and prepare them to live out their faith in the world. Topics like systematic theology, apologetics and how to study Scripture are covered.

Youth Group Sunday Night – 6:00 pm

The first 45 minutes of Youth Group allows students to build relationships with one another and the adult leaders through games in the Activity Center or just hanging out and talking in the youth room.

The Youth Band then leads the teens in a time of Christ-centered worship followed by the message. Our method is to walk verse by verse through a book of the Bible applying God’s truth in those passages to our teens.

The evening closes with students breaking into their age/gender specific small groups. Each small group is led by a youth leader and provides the students with opportunities for accountability, to discuss the message and pray for one another.

Girls Quest – Wednesday 7:00 pm

Girls Quest is a home-grown ministry for middle and high school girls. In an atmosphere
of fun and fellowship, our focus is discipleship, Bible study, prayer and Christian
service. The goal of this ministry is to encourage and equip our girls to stand firm in
their faith in today’s culture and to grow into Godly women.

It is our desire that each girl will grow and develop a deep, personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We accomplish this through a variety of means including Bible study, mentoring and personal testimonies of women from the church. We also do several service projects throughout the year, learn different hobbies and have some fun with themed parties. Join us!

Battalion – Wednesday 7:00 pm

Battalion is simply “Boy Scouts with a Christ centered mission.” It consists of Squad Meetings, Action Special, Games, and Council Ring. Squad meetings is small groups. Action special is a time devoted to learning a trade. Games are just games. Council Ring is when the young men gather for a devotional. In addition to this, each young man is paired with a man from the church who mentors him by going through achievement books.
