Meet Our Leaders

God has blessed us with a godly, close-knit team of leaders. Elder and Deacon links will also provide information on committees of each Board and who to contact for various issues.

Pastors / Ministry Directors

We as a church family have called a number of people to serve us in a full-time capacity shepherding the flock and overseeing the various ministries of the church. Many of these are ordained pastors in the Bible Fellowship Church. Others serve as full-time directors of key ministries within the church.

Support Staff

It takes a variety of gifts and skills to run a church our size. To aid in that work we have hired a number of full-time and part-time staff to help meet secretarial, janitorial, maintenance, administrative and technical needs.

Elders

We believe in the Scriptural model of a plurality of ruling elders, all working together to provide direction, teaching and oversight for the church. Many of the pastoral staff as well as a group of laymen make up our Board of Elders.

Deacons

To free the Elders and Pastors for teaching, prayer and shepherding the flock God has raised up a group of godly men to oversee mercy and service in the church.

LIFE Group Leaders

Out on the front lines of our community are our Life Group Leaders. Each is responsible for befriending and aiding in the growth of 10-20 people in the church. Each Life Group Leader meets every other week with their small group to fellowship, study God's word, pray and care for one another.

Leadership Development

We currently offer several opportunities for discipleship and mentoring in character and leadership development, with a number of new opportunities being developed.
